ASUS Smart Gesture won't start after update.

Since it updated to 4.0.12 it won't start automatically with the Windows nor manually by the .exe file. I uninstalled this version and re-installed the 4.0.9, which was working just fine, but a few minutes later it was updated again. Can I fix the issue somehow or stop it from updating?

It worked to stop the software from updating, but with the latest Windows update not even the last working version works anymore, and my touchpad stopped working att all, too.
