Asus software causing conflict with Origin games

I was recently trying to resolve a problem with BF1 not launching and the EA technician told me that my Asus software is causing a conflict he also gave me a file name SS20Sd.dll thing is i don't know which one it is nor did he. I don't really want to delete all Asus software on my pc I have a ranger 8 mobo and i like how it runs.

turns out just switching off ASUS audio suite2 got rid of my BF1 start up crash!...can anyone explain to me why that is? and does this mean i will never be able to use audio suite when playing BF1?.
