Hi,
What is the solutions of the Asus Laptop Battery won't charge? I have notice the battery deceasing and until 0% and now it's dead looking for solution. I can't power on anymore. It is just 3 months old Asus SonicMaster. I tried the following solutions:
**removed the battery and unplugged the power cord then press hold power button 30 secs... then connect the power cord and power on nothings happens
**I also repeat same procedure but increase from 30 seconds up to 60 secs still nothing happens.
What should I do? The batter is removable. I know there were many updates after upgrading it from Win 8.1 to 10.
Please help. I don't believe I have to purchase new battery for just 3 months old laptop and I'm not using it for long time each and every day I'm using it.
