Asus Striker Extreme not booting.

Hello, I have a problem with my old pc. When I try to turn it on, nothing happens.
First my pc:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
Asus Striker Extreme
Gtx 1050 ti (upgraded)
4gb ram 800mhz
650W Rasurbo Turbo psu
240gb ssd(upgraded)
Yesterday, everything was working. I just shut the pc down and let the psu switch on. When i got home today, it didn't work. I looked at the back of my pc and normally, the lcd is glowing blue and the lights on the lan panel are blinking. It wasn't the case when i looked today. I tried also to install a new cmos but that didn't help either. Any suggestions?

Weak point there is North Bridge, all I can say from far away.

What do you mean with this @romirez?

Without measuring resistance/voltages cant say more.
Mainly North Bridge dying faster than other parts of that model.
