Asus Strix 1070 Fan Issues

I'm having issues with my 1070 Strix from Asus. When its connected to my computer, I can launch any game and the left and middle fan go to 100%, whilst the right fan is having issues spinning at all. All programs also report that there is either no rpms or something completely different.

I would first be looking at replacing the fan that isn't spinning well.
This may be the cause of the RPM reading wrong....and it also may be the cause of the other two fans spinning at 100%
