ASUS Strix 1080 ti Loud

Just built my second ever pc, sitting idol on the desktop my pc sounds like a jet engine.

CAM software showing my fan speed at 0 not sure what to do. Performance wise it is fantastic just really really loud. Any Ideas Please help me!

i7 7700-K @ 4.20GHz
32GB DDR4
Asus ROG Strix 1080 ti

To add CAM software is showing the temperature on the card at 29 degrees celcs. so why is it so loud sounds like they are 100% fan speed.

Hi,

1) is it possible that it is running at 100%?
2) is it possible that some other fan is running at 100% and not the 1080ti making the noise?
3) what cooler is on your cpu, is the thermal paste on there correctly?

These are things that come to mind.

To figure it out, maybe install some software like MSI afterburner to monitor your fan speed on the card.
Speedfan or something that came with your motherboard can also help check your motherboard's fan speeds.
