Asus Strix 1080 ti - power peg led constantly ON

There are two LEDs next to both 8 pin connectors which is constantly ON, bright white. I know as for the gigabyte 1080ti the LEDs only light up when power is not connected, otherwise the LED will turn off when it has detected power to the card.

This feature is a good idea however because I have my PC in my bedroom, I prefer my room to be nice and dark. I had to power off my PSU every night. If needs be I guess I need to find a way to put tape over it or paint it black so its not as bright.

Is there a way to turn off these LEDs on my Strix?

AURA RGB Lighting Control, it should give you total control over the led's

No, you can't disable the power LED on any the Strix cards.

Yea, i thought so, its annoyingly bright. I might just paint over it.
