Asus strix 8350-f not working

Ryzen 5 1600
Gskill trident 3200
Xfx pro 650w
Asus gforce 970strix

Ordered from amazon and came in today to update my system, I get no display and ran through the usual troubleshooting. Last board I had in here was asus that finally died, USB stopped working and getting artifacts on the screen, this one starts good.. I get a red led, and have gone through the steps. What’s wrong?

I’ll give this a try, Do most repair shops have loaners or can do it there?
