Hello. I bought an Asus Strix 980 Ti month ago , but i think i have a problem.
I dont know now what to do. So listen.
Overall card performing great, no crashes, no artifacts. But............

There is a very small rattle noise ( to hear this i must put my ears close to card ) that occurs from time to time when the fans are changing rpm, like starting games. After few minutes when i am in game, it's not a problem because it's usually locked at relatively high RPM.
The noise also comes at COMPLETELY random times. Sometimes fans will spin to high speeds properly without noise, sometimes they will rattle for a few seconds ( 2-3 seconds ).
I dont know if i must RMA card for this?
I check fan blades, and no cables hitting fan blades.

Card overall working well. No crashes, no artifacts. But that weird random rattling for 2-3 seconds when fans accelerating and changing fan speeds driving me nuts. To hear this i must put my ears close to card. What you think ? RMA card or not?

Had that problem on my old 290X 3X OC and it sounds like the fans where vibrating from time to time, while changing RPM to faster or slower and they told me they can't RMA that unless they stop spinning, but a week later i sold that card 😀

Well you got nothing to lose if you try anyway, I mean who knows 😀 but I couldn't RMA that 290X and I also couldn't RMA 980 G1 gaming from gigabyte due to extremely loud coil whine so I sold the card also.
