Asus Strix B350-F Gaming not posting

I've read over the threads but don't see my situation:
new MB asus B 350-F, new psu, new Ryzen 2600-G.
I have display and can see components in
BIOS but no posting/booting action.
Tried different PSU, same problem.
Tried different memory sticks, same problem.
Carefully checked installation of MB for shorts. Tried with one memory stick instead of two.
Seems like must be either faulty CPU or MB.
Any suggestions?

Did you install the OS?
After an upgrade, it's recommended that you perform a clean OS install.

if you are in bios it's working? are you loading windows on a usb flash drive and loading on your HDD?

It goes to BIOS screen but will not post from there when I exit BIOS. So I cannot get the pc to boot to cd drive to load OS Windows.

Load Windows onto a USB drive. Bios should have the boot override option which allows to boot straight to the installation drive.

TY!! That worked although it was a bit of a journey. Had to zero out keys in BIOS to disable Secure Boot.
It still would not boot from my Windows 10 disk. \
But I took your advice and created a USB Windows 10 disk and it magically booted from it.

What do I do about those zeroed out keys? Restore or leave be?
