ASUS Strix B450-F How to Update BIOS?

Recently made some upgrades. Bought this MOBO and a Ryzen 5 2600 with some 3200 DDR4 Ram. I'm trying to OC my RAM because it says its running at 2133 MHz in the BIOS and there's no option for X.M.P. in EzMode. This person seems to have had the EXACT same problem as I did.

Search for the EZ Flash 3 section. If you have internet access you can do it right from the BIOS.

*Update* Just realized I could check what version I have and I'm pretty sure I have the most current version. 1201. But that still doesn't help my problem with The X.M.P. not being available.

Also, I've seen/heard people say to never update through the internet, only by USB. That true?

Still chapter 3 of the user's manual. Section 3.5 AI Tweaker -- The DOCP option is the AMD equivalent to XMP.

I have a wired network connection and I use it for BIOS updates. Is a USB drive safer? Probably. The actual update doesn't happen until the download is complete. It may use RAM to download, I don't know.

Ok, I'm here but the BCLK Frequency option came up and automatically put 100.0000 Should I just leave it at that? The manual says set the value based on the CPU specification

Hey WildCard999! You were helping me the other day. I just did what kanewolf advised I should do and turned on the DOCP option and left the BCLK at 100.000. Do you have the X.M.P. option available to you anywhere though? Because that's what I was looking for originally.

Only Asus boards use docp. They don't pay royalties to have xmp. Docp = xmp.
