I am planning to upgrade to a GTX 950. My current PSU is 300 watts. Do I also need to upgrade my PSU?

That graphics card required about 90W to function properly.

To really answer your question, we'd need to know what else is in your rig.

The quickest way to get an answer is to use a website like: http://pcpartpicker.com/

You can enter in all the parts of your planned rig and it will tell you how big of a power supply you'll need.

Alternatively, you can look up the wattage required for your current card and if it's less than or equal to 90W, you'll be fine (assuming your current rig runs fine).
