I have a pc with a asus strix gtx 1070, i7 6700k, 16gb ddr4 ram.
I am getting 30-45fps on PUBattlegrounds, for example... I play on 720p because I didn't get a monitor yet, high settings, not ultra, and foliage on ultra low. I don't know what's causing it, but i get 30-40% usage on the GPU and 70%+ on the CPU. The temperatures of both stay around 50-60°C.
I am seeing this all on Msi Afterburner. Please help me
