Asus strix gtx 960 vs Msi gtx 960 gaming 2G

Hi there, I'm thinking of picking up one of these two cards, any thoughts as to which is better overall? I have narrowed my choices down to the these two due to their excellent cooling options. Any input would be appreciated.

Asus held the crown thru the 6xx series, after that it's been all MSI and Gigabyte.

Overall fo the 9xx series, Gigabyte wins many of more head to head overclocking battles than it loses, but the Gigabyte models have had a high amount of negative reviews on newegg. Of the "Big 4" ... MSI ~ Gigabyte > Asus > EVGA.

As it's oft posted "just get which one is cheapest, they are all the same" ... read this review on the 970s. This tear down article includes all the "nitty gritty" as to why they are not [the same].
