Is there any difference between these two? If so, which one is better and by how far? Ty

The 1070ti is a good bit better as it's the same chip with less disabled... It's nearly 20% faster in a lot of cases. It's closer to a 1080 than a 1070

Go for 1070 ti. Far, far faster. Matches 1080 easy.
