I'll take the Asus strix x370 and ryzen 2700x, but I have Kingston's hx426c15fbk4 / 16 coded ram. When I look at the Asus website, it doesn't appear between the supported ram. Are there any users with this ram?

Check variations of it on the QVL list.

If for instance, it has the exact same model as your on the QVL, only at a different speed. It should read yours normally.

QVL list are just tests RAM sticks they happen to have with them at the factory. They don't own every RAM stick variation worldwide.

• Single-rank
•XMP Profile #1: DDR4-2666 CL15-17-17 @1.2V

Qualified Vendor Lists (QVL) show examples of what works. They are not all inclusive.

Ryzen 7 2700X supported memory is DDR4-2933 for Single-rank memory using one DIMM per channel. You should have no problem running DDR4-2666MHz.

ROG STRIX X370-F GAMING
1.Plug ram into slots A2 & B2
2.Update to latest BIOS version
3.Clear CMOS (see 1.1.7 motherboard manual)
4.Select D.O.C.P Standard memory profile for DDR4-2666
5.Save & Exit BIOS

This picture will give you an idea where D.O.C.P. is.

BTW I just noticed something you need to be careful off.

U have 2700X, which is a 2nd Gen CPU. And X370 motherboards are made for 1st Gen Ryzen CPUs, meaning it requires a specific BIOS update to read 2nd Gen CPUs. Your motherboard won't even post.

I suggest you go for either the X470, which is the same model as the X370 but for 2nd Gen. Or a B450.
