Question Asus strix z270f mobo orange cpu led

Hey guys i need help.

My pc wont boot to windows. Instead it is displaying an orange led for the cpu indicator. Does that mean theres something wrong with my cpu?

Can you breadboard the system and see if you can power up? What sort of cooler are you on? Often times when the cooling backplate is on too tight or when the back of the board makes contact with the steel motherboard tray(shorting the board) can lead to the system not booting up.
