Asus Strix z370 Gaming e unusually high temperature reading.

After building my new system I have installed all software and drivers. In my building process I had to remove 3 of the front panel ports (USB 3.1's and an HDMI port) on the S340 Elite because my H115i Pro RGB was simply too big.
In this picture you can see that Temp #7 is stupidly high, I verified this temeperature by installing HWMonitor which is also producing the same readings which means this is purely hardware related. Apart from the pre-existing temperature probes I have not added any to the system and have no clue what part of the mobo this temperature is coming from.
There are no M.2 drives or even a GPU at the moment.

What is most likely going on is, there is no sensor being measured. Think of it as though that input is hooked up to nothing (open circuit). The result is a false reading. I commonly find this.

In some instances the reading will stay the same constantly....in other instances it will bounce around to ridiculous values.
