Question Asus Strix Z390-H Gaming not booting, no led

Hello,
I built a new pc with these components
MB : Asus ROG Strix Z390-H gaming
PSU : Corsair 650W
CPU : intel i5 8500 coffee lake
RAM : 8GB ddr4

I updated the GPU ( Sapphire nitro+ RX 5700 XT ) installed it tested some games on it (20min.) Then put the pc to sleep and came back home after 6 hours, then i was browsing the net for about 5 minutes and the pc froze. After restart no booting no led signals so i reset the CMOS and managed to get 2 times into bios after reseting the CMOS like 50 times, i'm desperate
The motherboard doesn't react on the support CD where the EZFlash utility is

Yes i did i plugged the old one in too and no change, the CPU has integrated graphics so maybe that's a problem that i had the radeon one in installed drivers and it kiinda bugged with the intel one via BIOS

Yup i tried with no card, the pc just starts the fans start up but no sound, no LED signals, no boot

Is there a Debug LED on, when board started?

Hello, no nothing, even tried to start the MB with no RAM stick and nothing no LED no sound just the fans rolling

I unmounted everything from the MB and put back only the CPU/RAM stick and HDD but it's still the same :/

It might be the board, but I suggest returning both board and CPU, to be replaced.

Made a bootable usb, put in BIOS and tried to boot but nothing, on the second or third try it did boot but when i wanted to get to setup with F1 i got just a blackscreen. This time when i turn the PC on the fans roll but very quietly, before it was louder
