ASus Suite 3

i am trying to install Asus Suite3 on a new motherboard Asus Deluxe2 but the setup.exe keeps crashing. Using Win7 64bit.
Can anyone help me with this problem?

I downloaded the latest version of Asus Suite 3 from the website and tried to install it but the same problem happened again the setup.exe crashed. I paid 540.00 CAD for this motherboard and the damn software doesn't work. You would think that Asus would have solved this problem after all the problems with Asus Suite 2, I guess the bottom line is all that matters these days!

weird I use asus board myself never seen that.. does it give a specific error or a OEM windows setup stopped working ?

try compatibility mode in properties right click on the setup and into the compatibility tabs and choose any to see if it works. also someone posted this method

Hi All

I've have had the same problem and been trying to work it out since I bought this mobo back in Oct. Today I have finally worked it out. All you need to do is download the latest version of AISuite III, right click on the zip file, properties , and click the big button that says Unblock and hit apply. You will now be able to install without any of the above post and if needed you will be able to uninstall without any problems.

I hope this works.

You pay for the MB not the software. They throw that in free and I can tell you that AISuite does not work well with all systems.
Many have issues with it and I got rid of mine long ago. Installation is one thing and using it to OC is another.
Yes its flashy looking and some of its features are good. However I'ts better to OC using your Bios and there are other packages that will monitor your system better.

I get a win 7 warning setup.exe stopped working

After installing Asus Suite 3 there is 2 folders in Program Files(x86) Asus\ AI Suite 3 and AI Suite 2 . In AI Suite 2 folder the AI Suite 3.exe is there along with other files.
