Asus Trifan 4870x2 Performance problem

Hello,
I just bought a Asus Trifan 4870x2 2gb and the performance seems really off. I can only run Crysis at 25 fps at high 1920x1024 and no AA.

This seems really under performing.

my rig is:
Core i7 920 @2.66GHz
4GB DDR3 1066 dual channel RAM
I'm running Windows 7 ultimate 64bit and newest Catalyst
The stock PC is a Dell XPS 9000

The only thing I could think of hardware wise that is lacking is maybe the PSU @475W. But the system seems to be pretty stable and no crash or BSOD. Would it impact FPS?

Any suggestions?

Im running 2x 23" monitors in dual link. Does that matter?

update: Ive determined the problem to be that only the primary core is taking the load. Both cores are working as the second one still have clock speed and is being recognized, but for some reason they just are not working together. Using Rivatuner, it shows that the primary core GPU usage is 99% in games while 0% for the secondary.
