Question Asus TUF 2024 model worth buying?

I need a laptop with expandable M2 storage (minimum 2 x 4x4 PCI-E slots) and RAM slots, and having the ability to charge via USB-C would be a nice addition as well. I have been looking at laptops and I came across the Asus TUF 2024 model which is checking all the right boxes. Even with a 4TB upgrade and a Windows 11 Pro license, it still comes in $1,000 cheaper than some models I have been looking at. Anyone else had any experience? Buy or no buy?

What sort of a laptop do you have to work with? What sort of a budget do we have to work with? Apart from the storage options, what else are you looking for in your laptop purchase?

Probably should have made that a bit more clear.

I'm looking for something with a decent screen (at least 16" 2K), Win 11 Pro (for the networking features), 4060 or 4070, 2K screen, USB-C recharge capability. My minimum budget is $2,000 (USD) but I'm willing to be flexible on it by +-$200.

A couple others I've been considering are the Dell XPS-17 and the Origin EON-16X.
