I assume you use WIFI?

I can't find a newer WIFI driver, realtek who made chip in laptop haven't released any new ones for that in 4 years. Asus keep making newer driver packages with newer years on them but they all have to have this in them to work - https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/rtl8821ce-software

you could return and get a newer model though they might use it in all of them.

if you use LAN I can give you newer drivers, 3rd ones down under the Windows header - https://www.realtek.com/en/componen...0-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

Open Windows File Explorer

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop

Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows

Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)

Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

i dont think it is the laptop's problem, i will try to install a fully original clean windows on it. In maximum load bsod is not appearing only while watching yt, or vlc.

clean install to fix bsod is hammer approach but if its only new, there isn't a lot to lose. Do you want us to look at dumps as no point if you have clean installed since?
I have not done it yet, if you could say something, what could be the problem, it would be great. I want to know if it is hardware or software problem.

Comment: The overclocking driver "RTCore64.sys" was found on your system. (MSI Afterburner)
