Question ASUS TUF A15 ArmouryCrate issue

Hi, I have a question regarding a model Asus TUF A15 FA506IU. I wanted to install ArmouryCrate on two identical laptops belonging to some family members. On one of them, it installed fine, but on the other, ArmouryCrate got installed in incomplete form and lacks the Home (which provides the info boxes about temp, GPU, CPU, fan control, etc), Device and Game Visuals tabs. Instead I have a pointless Dashboard tab with no functionality. Since both laptops are the same model and use Windows 10, does anyone have any idea what is going on? I tried uninstall and reinstalling ArmouryCrate several times, but to no avail. Does anyone know what is going on?

Go into bios, under tool menu see if there is a line that says Amoury Crate Download/install. See if that is enabled, if not enable it. Then restart pc, go to Armoury Crate start menu and click on it, it should pop up and then try to install/update itself. Hope this helps.
