Asus TUF A15 slow/laggy

I have just purchased this new laptop 8 days ago. The laptop is occasionally laggy and slow and the first boot time is about 6.6 seconds, while booting in morning. The games occasionally lag like Beam NG. What should I do?

Ryzen 7 4800H
16 GB RAM
RTX 2060
1 TB NVME SSD
BIOS 311

check for a bios upgrade, driver updates

Disable startup apps that are not needed right click and search "startup"
ASUS armoury crate helps keep you up to date except for bios.

cpu and gpu temperatures under load? You can test with aida64 extreme trial, go to "tools" , => system stability test, you can test either cpu,cache,ram + gpu or just cpu at a time. Run the test and monitor temperatures or warnings about thermal throttling
