Question Asus tuf a16 cannot disable VRR( Variable Refresh Rate) while using a external monitor

7700s
7735hs
16gb ddr5 5800mhz
500gb ssd

So I just got a new laptop (Asus tuf a16) and for whatever reason I am completely unable to disable VRR while using a external monitor. Something I also noticed is that Amd Adrenaline Disappeared after updating to latest drivers (this also happened to my friend with the same laptop). Any solutions for this problem??? it is truly annoying when I tab out of a game and my monitors refresh rate is matching the framerate even whilst tabbed out.

The graphics driver on their homepage is outdated though
