You must have the 3750h.

Google says the fx505 doesnt come with a 3700u in any varient. Also, i trust cpuz to be accurate.

Check your graphics in task manager. You should see a vega 10 and nvidia gpu. The 3700u only has vega 8 but the 3750h has vega 10.

and also google say the difference of 3750h and 3700u is cpu tdp 35w vs 15w.
So how can i know my cpu tdp? is that anyway to know?

Use CPU-Z to confirm what you have.

You likely have a Ryzen-5 3750H as it's a gaming laptop.

Mnufacturers rarely use U series in gaming laptops, but they work just fine normally.
Acer Nitro spin 5 and Asus zenbook 15 are good examples.

I even know about a laptop that has Intel i3-7020U, Full HD display and Nvidia MX 150.

All Ryzen-7 laptops have vega-10 integrated graphics.

U series can take up to 15 W and H series, 45 W.

if you look at the hardware section the pic of hardwareinfo also show r7 3700u.
His laptop same spec with mine one except the screensize is 17.3
