Hello new to forum posting, but I am hoping and thankful if someone can help me with this problem I have.

Not building a new PC from scratch, but just wanted to upgrade my motherboard, CPU, and RAM.

PC parts [new]:
  • Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus [Wi-Fi]
  • Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core 3.6 Ghz
  • G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2x16) DDR4 - 3200
  • Sabrent 512GB Rocket NVMe PCIe M.2 2280
Parts [old]:
  • MSI GeForce 1050 Ti Aero ITX 4G OC
  • EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
  • Case: Fractal Design Define R4
So I put everything together and hit the power button. All the fans spin initially and then stop soon after. The GPU fan still runs. The AMD fan and MB lights are lit up. However nothing happens after that, the Q-LED's on the MB don't light up at all and there is nothing on the display. Im using the 24-pin EATXPWR connectors.

I've tried:
  • Using an HDMI cord on the MB port without the GPU attached
  • Tried using a DVI and Display Port on the GPU
  • Tried reseating the RAM, unplugged power cords, plugged them back
  • Moved my GPU to second PCIe slot and tried all the different types of connectors again
  • Tried with two different monitors
  • Tried placing RAM in different configurations
Any advice or help appreciated!
