Asus TUF Mark 2 long startup time

Hi, I have a pc running Windows 10 pro x64 with this setup:
_Intel Core I7 7820X processor
_Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 G1
_Corsair Vengeance LPX 64GB ram 2.700 Mhz (4 modules of 16GB)
_2 Samsung 960 PRO NVMe M.2 512GB
_1 HD WD Blue 3TB
_Corsair 650 W power supply
_ Asus TUF X299 Mark 2

The question is that the boot time is very long, because once the start button is pressed the screen remains black for at least 15 seconds until the Asus logo appears, and after that it still takes additional time until Windows is available.
This happens when the computer is started after powered it off, and also when it is hibernating or sleeping. In any case, the time, in my opinion is excessive, especially if I compare it with other computers that I own, with a much older hardware, which do this much faster and in the case of sleep mode and the hibernation, they come out almost instantaneously. I already disabled the memory check in the bios and activated the fast start, but without result. I do not understand what the problem may be.
Thanks in advance.

Solution
Try to replicate your Bios settings when you installed your system, if UEFI was enabled and CSM was not, the aim is to have the boot drive appear under UEFI windows boot loader+ disk name.

1. Have you checked your motherboard manual to make sure your RAM is located in the correct slots?
2. Try booting without the WD Blue HDD connected to see if that makes any difference.

For the ram, I have the setup pointed with the red arrow. I choose that one because I have 4 ram modules, and the processor is 8 cores:

And regarding the HD, I'ts removed from the boot priority menu, but not physically disconnected. I suppose it's the same, isn't it?

You should physically disconnect the HDD to test if it's slowing the boot time.

- Try test system load time with bare minimum peripherals attached just boot drive

- Let windows do full scan of boot drive with error fixing option

- Attach drives one at a time monitor changes in boot time

-You can also disable smart test in bios and activate fast boot

I just tried disconnecting HDD right now, but nothing changed. Same boot time.

Do you have the CSM (Compatibility Support Module) disabled in the BIOS? See if turning it off makes a difference in boot times.

CSM (Compatibility Support Module)
This item allows you to configure the CSM (Compatibility Support Module) items to fully support the various VGA, bootable devices and add-on evices for better compatibility.

Launch CSM
[Auto] - The system automatically detects the bootable devices and the add-on devices.
[Enabled] - For better compatibility, enable the CSM to fully support the non-UEFI driver add-on devices or the Windows UEFI mode.
[Disabled] - Disable the CSM to fully support the non-UEFI driver add-on devices or the Windows UEFI mode.

When I get into CSM and choose disabled, a warning appears:

And I'm not sure about how to proceed. Do I need to install something regarding to that drivers? I'm confused...

You can try clicking OK, it may work as is. If you click OK and Windows will not boot, you can disable "Secure Boot" in the BIOS, it's not necessary to have it on. If these changes don't improve boot times you can turn them back.

Done, but the system doesn't boots. Appears this message, first for ipv 4 and after for ipv 6 and after BIOS is loaded again:
