Asus Tuf x470 and Ryzen 2700x issues

Hi there,
Sorry it's my first time writing in here.
I made a build with:

Asus TUF x470 gaming plus
Ryzen 7 2700x
Samsung DDR 4 2666mhz 8x2 GB
GTX 980 ( used from my old build )
SSD m.2 Samsung 970 Evo 250gb

I built many desktop PC for friends and family but I never occurred in this problem.

It was my first time build a PC with Ryzen CPU.

I installed all the driver of the CPU and motherboard.
Everytime I turn on my pc the CPU fan for like 5 seconds run at maximum speed making so much noise.
Also when I was browsing or just using the PC sometimes my CPU fan was starting to be so fast and then slow down without a reason.
So I tried to use the auto fan configuration from the Asus software and it seems when I use Windows i don't have this issue anymore but still is happening when I boot the pc.

Another issue I'm having is that the Asus realtek hd panel see when I plug some jack in the front panel but the audio won't work ( all the cable are correctly put in the motherboard ).

Do you think I miss some configuration? Should I change to other mobo?

Check if any damaged SMD components near ITE chip.

Seems everything it's fine there.
I update the BIOS and optimise the fan.
Seems better only things when window 10 boot I get few seconds 100% speed
