Asus TUF X470-Plus Gaming - No VGA detected

Hi. I assembled a new computer with the following components:
* Motherboard: Asus TUF X470-Plus Gaming
* Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 (8 core, 16 thread)
* Memory: 2xCorsair Dominator Platinum 61C0023C2M4XG23DMC (on slots A2 B2)
* Power supply: Thermaltake Smart 750W model SP-750P

When the power supply unit is switched on, the motherboard's LED lights light on. After pressing the power on button (which shorts the PWR_SW connectors), the CPU's LED lights and fan are turned on and one short beep can be heard. Two seconds afterwards, one long beep followed with three short beeps are heard. The computer fails the POST test, and there isn't any image on the HDMI monitor.

I've read the user manual[1] and found the power-on self-test (POST) beep codes table on page 2-15, which states[2] that this behavior equals to a "No VGA detected" error.

Is the motherboard having any issues to start its embedded video card? What am I doing wrong?

Thank you in advance for your help. I promise to update this post with any further information or solutions.

Thank you for your answer, romirez. You are right; I didn't expect this AMD Rizen 7 2700 processor to have an integrated video card. Before buying this motherboard with this processor I asked for a bundle which would work without an additional PCIe video-card.
I suspect that this motherboard doesn't have an embedded video card or that the one it has is failing.

Thank you for your post. The motherboard wouldn't initialize something that lacks of. :no:
The solution would be:
a. add a PCIe video card
b. change this motherboard for a model with embedded video-card
c, change the CPU for a model with embedded video-card
