Question Asus TUF X570 Monitor problem

I recently bought an Asus TUF X570 motherboard, installed it with seemingly no problems expect that if I turn on the pc before the monitor, it gives off 3 beeps and the VGA light stays on even after turning the monitor on and it’s very bright so I need to restart for it to come off.
It boots fine etc either way so there is no real concern, I just want to know if this is normal with these boards or is there still some tweaking to do? I connect with DP

Which CPU and GPU ?

CPU is 3900x and GPU is Asus 2070s (turbo evo)
