ASUS TUF Z390-PLUS won't let me OC my i7-8700K!

I recently got this mobo and I tried overclocking my CPU. I saved the settings and started playing CS:GO. My FPS only improved a little bit, so I got confused. Then I started up CPU-Z and saw that my CPU clock ratio was at default (3.70GHz).
