Asus Turbo App and Gigabyte Hot Keys

The recent ASUS motherboards have something called Turbo App which is supposed to allow you to set CPU overclocking parameters and fan speeds based on program choice. Each time you switch programs, the Turbo App would load your predefined settings for that program. The applications seems to have some growing pains, however. Is anyone using it? Does it work?

I just read that Gigabyte's EasyTune lets you assign hot keys to associate with a certain CPU profile. Basically the same idea. Does it work?

if its anything like asus AI suite i wouldnt bother

AI suite tells me all sorts of nonsense like your cpu is minus 123c your 12v is 0.01v etc

software overclocking is never a good idea as they tend to use too much voltage
