Asus TurboV Overclocking? Please help!

Hi. Sorry, my english is bad.

Hi. I'd like to overclock a little bit my processor. I have a AMD A8-3870K and my mobo is Asus F1A75 M LE.

I dont know how to overclock by bios, so i want to do it with any software that do overclock automatically. After some google search, i found TurboV. My mobo is fully compatible with TurboV, but the version of the mobo CD isnt compatible with windows 8, so i download TurboV from asus website, but from a random motherboard. And everithing works ok. I have some questions.

1. Is dangerous that i download TurboV from a mobo that is not my model?

2. This software will work fine? I will have a good and fully stable overclock?

3. This can damage my hardware?

Oh, i forgot to mention that i have an aftermarket cooler, Cooler Master 212 Evo.

There are plenty of tutorials on how to overclock that you should check out. You dont want to overclock via software but rather thru the BIOS. I wouldnt mess with that software. Go to Overclock.net and start reading. They have several tutorials on how to overclock pretty much every chip.
