I recently had another wireless adapter , i bought a ASUS USB-AC53 Nano USB Wieless adapter and it still has not solved the issue. I play games like rust , and it will lag every 20 seconds , and i'll just lag back. My ping doesnt even have time to jump that high. It just lags me back and then i'm fine for another 20 seconds. I've tried resetting router , switching channels. So i have no idea what to do.

Physically tiny wireless adapters are not the best idea on desktop machines. There is a lot of metal and the device almost fits inside the case blocking a lot of the signals. You can try a USB extension cord to see if it helps. Most those devices do not transmit at full power to save battery on a portable device and have small antenna. Not much you can do about those problems.

It sounds like you are getting packet loss. Wireless attempts to fix this by retransmitting data (and causing higher ping times) but it is not always successful. Sometime this is caused by interference from neighbors so there is little you can do about it.

You could also try to restrict the router to only use 20mhz channels. This will in effect make...

You could also try to restrict the router to only use 20mhz channels. This will in effect make your 802.11ac router into a very basic 802.11n router. For games speed does not matter as much as the quality of the signal. You may have better chance to find a unused channel at 20mhz. 802.11ac uses 4 channels ie 80mhz of bandwidth and there are only 9 channels you can use on most router on the 5g band.

Be sure to test on a wired connection so you do not spend time chasing a wireless problem that is actually some issue with your internet connection.
