Bought myself this product: http://www.asus.com/dk/Networking/USBAC56/HelpDesk/
Worked (not without problems though) for roughly a month and then today i just stopped. (there's a blue X on it when it has power and it turned off.)
I tried changing to different USB port on my machine without success. (even ports that I know to be working (since my mouse and keyboard were in them).
Tried a restart, to no avail.
Tried unplugging my PCI-E USB 3.0 expansion card to see if that was the culprit, nothing.
Made sure that it worked by plugging it into my laptop (blue X lit up as it was supposed to).
System info:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 Yorkfield;
ASUS STRIKER II NSE;
8 GB DDR3 Kingston Hyper X PC3-10700
Sound Blaster Audigy
Kingston SSDNow 60 GB;
Cruible 500GB SSD
SAMSUNG 500 GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 1280 MB
PCI-E 5 x USB 3.0 expansion card.
