Hi,

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start with uninstalling/reinstalling the driver of the ASUS USB receiver.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/wireless/USB-BT400/UT_USB_BT400_1201170.zip?_ga=1.163074750.305422646.1455979617
- Once installed reboot your PC for all the changes to take effect.
- After the reboot do make sure that the USB port doesn't turn off when you're not using it.
- Open Power Option then click on "Change plan settings" and click on "Change advanced power settings".
- Expand USB settings then USB selective suspend settings and Disable it.
- Then in Device Manager right click on the USB driver and select Properties.
- Click on Power Management tab and make sure to remove the check on "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
- After all these changes do test it again.
