ASUS usb over current status detected

Hello
I just got a new pc
and when i try to start up I get usb over current status detected and shuts off in 15 seconds
I heard it can be caused by the front panel usb, but i unplug everything but the power switch and still get the same issue

fix the issue by resetting the CMOS , however I have to do it everytime now or else i get system halted, please help
