ASUS VG248QE Dual Monitor Displayport 1 no signal

I have two asus vg248qe monitor, both are on displayport, one has no displayport signal. I've read all the threads about this and I have unplugs everything and its still no working. I tried switch one to hdmi but then the displayport one won't work. I have tried to dual screen with one asus and an lg monitor and it works but I can't get two asus to work.

Have you tried another set of display port cables to make sure your cables are not defective?

yes they are new cables.
