So, about and hour ago, I've started to notice small flickers on my primary monitor (the asus) Usually it happens when I load a page on my secondary monitor (some crappy 60hz monitor) or when I scroll on my second monitor. It's mostly random though, and I have no idea what to do, it's annoying, and I want to know if there's any way to resolve this, please help me out.

I'm running an i7 4790k and a GTX 970 if that helps to know.

thanks guys!

EDIT: there's no way I can RMA this thing, I've never had problems with electronics I've owned in the past, and for some reason I don't have the box for this thing. 🙁

Yeah, I have the same problem sometimes. I use a 1080p 60Hz Samsung TV as my secondary monitor, while my first runs at 1080p 144Hz. I see small flickers from time to time, especially if I have the AMD/NVIDIA setting on where the monitors combine together (rather than the settings in Windows that just allow for a standard secondary display).

Nothing wrong with your monitor, no worries.

Not that I can tell, I've been doing as much as I can to make it flicker, but it's chilled out when it's by itself

Is your primary monitor, the one that is experiencing flickering, set to a different refresh rate? (IE: 75, 100, 120, 144).

If it's not happening when the primary monitor is on by itself, it's most likely a conflict between the refresh rates.

yep, the primary is a 144hz and the secondary is a 60hz
