Question ASUS VG248QE whitish grey horizontal lines problem

While doing browsing the internet, it's barely noticeable, but when I go the screen becomes grey or dark, it becomes noticeable. It's too late to send it for warranty I believe as it's been a couple years since it showed up. I changed cables, and PC and nothing changed.
Specs if that effects anything r5 3600 1660 super 16 gb ram

Any help, the pictures are kinda of bad sorry, they were the best examples I could get.

did you switch ports on the monitor? HDMI, DVI, DP to check if its on all inputs
does this show up while the onscreen display of the monitor is on?

reset the monitor to factory settings
try running it @60Hz, are there lines as well then?

yes i switched ports its there on all of them, factory resetted the settings its still there, on 60hz they are less visible, but still there
