Hello! I've read through several posts on here looking for the answer and can't seem to find it...
I have an ASUS VG248QE 144hz monitor as my primary, and an ASUS VE248 as my secondary monitor. The 144 is hooked up through a Display Port cable in to my GTX970. The 60hz is hooked up through HDMI to the same GTX970. Advanced display settings is showing 144hz, 1920x1080 on my primary monitor and 60 on my secondary, exactly how it should be. Every time I run the UFO test (https://www.testufo.com/framerates-marquee) it says I'm at 60hz on my primary monitor. Every test I run seems to have it capped at 60hz.
I even went as far as to enable multi-monitor in my BIOS and hook up the secondary through HDMI to my motherboard as that was a suggestion I found on this forum. Didn't change anything. I feel like I've tried everything and now I'm all out of options. Is there anything you can think of to help me get 144hz out of my primary display?
