Asus Viii Hero VS MSI Z170A GAMING PRO CARBON - What justifies the price difference?

Hello everybody.
I'm planning my new build that i want to buy soon.
Now in a "Best buy guide" people recommended the Z170A GAMING PRO CARBON from MSI
Personally I was interested in the Viii hero a bit more, because of the looks and the brand.

My qeustion is, What makes the ASUS Viii hero 70$ more expensive than the Z170A GAMING PRO CARBON?

Which one would you buy? And why?

I'm getting the I7 6700k together with a 1080 (Asus/MSI depening on the MOBO) . if people have suggestions, they are welcome.

ASUS Hero for sure , MSI QC is poor.

In your situation i shouldnt get motherboard that cost more than 150-200 dollars for that chipset)
I think its better to build system on 2011-v3 socket..
