Question Asus VivoBook High RPM in idle

Hello,I bought brand new Asus VivoBook S15 530UN and is normal if i browsing internet and cpu fan is turn on 2200RPM and when i open page it goes over 2600RPM a then is back to 2200RPM...even when i do nothing, (task manager show 0-1% ussage) fan using 2100-2200RPM -never go below this value...it´s normal ?

Probably, ask ASUS they know what's normal and what's not. They did make it

Yes,they answer me,that i should send him to service repair centre for diagnostics
I think that 2700RPM of fan while browsing internet is too high
