Hi all,
I've been looking around for a small-form-factor 1660 Ti, and I'm trying to decide between these two cards:
Asus Phoenix GTX 1660 Ti OC
www.asus.com
Gigabyte GTX 1660 Ti Mini ITX OC 6G
https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Graphics-Card/GV-N166TIXOC-6GD#kf
These cards share almost the exact same specs (the Asus is clocked to 30Mhz higher, but that's about it), but I notice 2 distinct differences that leave me with questions:
1. The Gigabyte card uses Windforce cooling. Does Windforce provide significant cooling benefits (in either regular use or overclocking) compared to other cooling systems?
2. My monitor uses a DVI input. The Asus card has a DVI output, but the Gigabyte card uses DisplayPort outputs. Would it be best to use a direct DVI output instead of a DP to DVI adapter, or does it not matter?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
