asus vs gigabyte z170

Hi what motherboard is better (overall) for oc, and general usage?
Gigabyte ga-z170x-ud3
Asus z170-a

If there is any less expensive motherboard that is very close to those can you recomand?
I personaly have experience with only gigabyte motherboards in last 10 years and only had one dead board (after 7years of usage).

I'd go with the Asus Z170-A looked at it and the Pro Gamer, ended up picking up the Hero, with a 6600K, am waiting for GSkill to release their new Trident Z DRAM before getting serious with it
