Which motherboard would be best for i5 4670K and Asus GTX 770

They are both very comparable, and very well made motherboards. Either one you get you will be happy with.

I personally would probably go with the Gigabyte, since I prefer the color scheme, but both are very similar.

The Asus board is not compatible with the Core i5-4670K. The Gigabyte board does not allow overclocking.
