ASUS vs MSI (Socket AM4)

Which is better in the terms of build quality,features,etc.. Asus or MSI ?

MSI B350M BAZOOKA
MSI B350M Gaming PRO
MSI B350M MORTAR

and what's the major differences between the last 3 Mobos from MSI ?

They are all basically the same, choose the cheapest if you are on a budget, choose the best looking one if you arent.

Mortar has:
2 extra RAM slot (4 vs 2)
64 GB RAM support (instead of 32)
2 PCIe lane [for GPU] (instead of 1)
more USB 3.1 ports (4+3 vs 2+4)
more audio ports (5+1 vs 3)
Display port instead of a VGA port
and Xfire support (since it can support 2 GPU
A Extra Fan header 4 vs 3

MSI boards have a better VRM Heatsink and VRM's generally, they will run a little cooler when overclocked. The Mortar is a more feature rich version of the Gamin Pro board and Bazooka. The Asus has more SATA and USB 3.0 ports but has the least efficient VRM cooling and VRM generally which won't matter unless you run a higher Ryzen 5 or Ryzen 7 chip or overclock.

If you want to run a Ryzen 5 1600 and above and want a good stable overclock then the Asus ROG Strix B350-F Gaming, MSI B350 Pro Carbon or Krait Gaming are the best options. A ASRock AB350 Pro4 is also a very solid board at a good price point and I would put it slightly ahead of the Asus PRIME B350M-A.
