Asus vs MSI vs gigabyte motherboard...which one is better

I have bought i5 4460
8gb ddr3 corsair vengeance

I have 3 budget motherboards to buy
From:

Asus h81m-cs
MSI h81m-p33
Gigabyte h81m-s1

Which should I buy...
I also heard that I might need some bios update....

I also have zotac gtx 650 non to 1gb graphics card and corsair vs 450 PSU.

They will all be relatively similar, but I would take the ASUS or Gigabyte. Those are my go to choices for motherboards, followed by ASRock.
I usually recommend staying away from MSI due to poor QC on their motheboards.

I do recommend you try to get an H97 board for the extra features, like the ASRock H97 Pro4.

If I go for asus h81m-cs then would I need to update my bios

You likely would have to do an update, which is why I recommend an H97 board.

As my budget was small and h97 here in India is very expensive than h81 ..... So I had to order asus h81m-cs🙁
Now I checked the Asus official site... It says if my motherboard has greater bios version than 302 then I don't need update...
Now after receiving the product If I needed to update...is it problematic or risky...
Can u also give me a little tutorial, how to update the bios..if needed.. Thanks in advance.

but..why not choose from b85 list? budget issue?
